Installing the Bulkheads

Bulkhead A was strengthened by bonding a 1/4" piece of foam to one side.  Then the virgin side of the foam was bonded with 2 more layers of bid fiberglass.  This allowed me to drill and temporarily attach the bulkhead A close-out and the bulkhead A cable pulley group before installing bulkhead A inside the fuselage.  This worked very well, I can't imagine doing it any other way.
